This Nova Lox is smoked in small batches at an artisan smokehouse using raw sugar, sea salt and natural wood smoke and has a smooth and moist texture with a sweet and smoky, but subtle flavor.
Contains no nitrates or preservatives, therefore it is best to keep the salmon frozen until it’s ready to be eaten.
Always refrigerate after thawing and eat within 5 days.

Traditionally, Nova Lox is usually served with bagels - however there are many great ways to enjoy lox! Because our Nova Lox is ready to eat and smoked you can really pair it with any flavor palate you see fit.
