• Animal Welfare Approved - Highest Standard
• No use of artificial growth hormones of any type fed or injected into the animals.
• Butchered locally to reduce transportation stress on the animals.
• Dry Aged Beef - For at least 2 weeks

When it comes to beef, we take the same care in raising our cows as we do for our vegetables. Our beef farmers consider themselves to be grass farmers as much as they consider themselves cattle farmers. Our cows are pastured with absolutely no added hormones, antibiotics or GMOs. They are grass fed/grass finished and never receive grain in their diets. Their feed is ALL ORGANICALLY RAISED
Breeds: Angus, Red Devon, Hereford, and crosses of these breeds as well.
